A fantastic new role International Sales Team Performance Manager
The International Sales Performance Manager is a critical role in driving, supporting, and improving the performance of The Sales Teams, in revenue, margin, activity and accountability, the last through clear targeting and reporting of performance. It requires a professional, well-designed, and systematic approach to Sales Management and hence to Sales Team activity. A “player-manager” role is expected, at least initially, able not solely to drive the team but also to demonstrate the benefits of the more rigorous approach – to a team which already comprises experienced people – and to combine firmness and diplomacy in introducing new activities and disciplines. Confidence with a professional CRM (Salesforce) as a tool for management and reporting will also be essential. A key factor for success will be effective engagement with other stakeholders, including IT/Digital transformation, to optimise technology use and Marketing for Sales Support and Campaign activity.
