Sales Office Manager + 45-50k salary + Bonus + Brand new role
Our client who started their business in 1984 are a very well established foodservice provider. Servicing some of Londons top restaurants, hotels, casinos, sports stadiums, universityies and contract caterers all within the M25 area.
Our client are looking for an experienced Office Manager for the Sales division, manging a team of 6xAccount Managers and 2xField Sales Consultants and 1xSupervisor. Currently based in Camden but due to growth of the business, they have recently invested in much larger premises and in Summer 2025 they will be moving to the new site. So the successful candidate must be able to travel to both Camden and Enfield.
Role responsibilities:
The Sales Office Manager is accountable for the targeted sales levels and productivity targets for the depot through the effective leadership of their account managers.
You will be given autonomy in your role and encouraged to implement new ideas in order to lead your team to success
You will also have a hands on approach and possess the ability to effectively coach your team in order to achieve conversion and sales targets whilst effectively building good relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve our vision of “being every chef’s first choice”.
