The role:
Sales Engineering are one of three teams that define customer engagement and journey, alongside Customer Success and Services. As a Sales Engineer (SE), you will be responsible for assisting the Logpoint account team by demonstrating the technical feasibility of the Logpoint solutions for new prospects, and upselling to existing customers as required. The SE will also be responsible for feeding back technical issues and requirements related to Logpoint to the appropriate teams, such as Support, Documentation, Customer Success, Services, and Product Management.
