Job Title: Sales Director
Reports to: Senior Sales Manager
Location: London – 2 Days a week
Salary: 100,000 – 110,000 per annum + Double OTE
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Company Overview: Our client offers a comprehensive suite of cloud services that empower businesses to thrive in a secure digital environment. As a Sales Director, you will direct the new business output and drive a team to win new logos. You will lead a team of New Business Developers, Channel Partners, and an overlay team in Cloud Sales, Cyber Sales, and Managed Workspace Sales to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 3 New Business Developers, 3 Channel Partners, and an overlay team in Cloud Sales, Cyber Sales, and Managed Workspace Sales.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive the team to win new business.
Identify and close new business opportunities.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline within the CRM.
Create and maintain active account development plans.
Schedule and execute weekly customer cadences, quarterly business reviews, and annual strategy days with customers.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to build and execute campaign and event strategies.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Actively seek out and utilize executive sponsorship within accounts.
Mentor and share knowledge with junior members of the sales team.
Communicate progress on initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare detailed reports on account status and sales performance.
Requirements:
Education: University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, ideally within the IT or cloud services industry.
Skills:
Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders, including Executive and C-level.
Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
Deep understanding of industry trends driving customer spending decisions.
Appetite for new business development and achieving metric-driven goals.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to challenge the status quo.
