Brook Street Recruitment is seeking Digital Telesales Consultants for a prestigious client in Belfast City Centre undergoing a massive expansion. This role offers an exceptional opportunity with a top 10 UK business, featuring a competitive basic salary of 26,900 to 29,900 (Subject to experience and ability) and uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of 11,400.

Role Overview

As a Digital Telesales Consultant, you’ll engage with existing SME customers across various UK industries. Using online demonstration software, you’ll sell, cross-sell, and up-sell websites, social advertising, Google PPC solutions, and the UK’s leading online directory

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Sell, cross-sell, and up-sell client products and services
• Build professional customer relationships
• Provide excellent customer service
• Achieve telesales targets and KPIs

Ideal Candidate

• Ambitious, charismatic, self-motivated, and resilient
• Previous outbound telesales experience preferred (other sales experience considered)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong influencer with a target-oriented mindset
• Experience working towards KPIs and targets
• Punctual and reliable

Working Hours
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Early finish!)
NO WEEKENDS

• Basic salary: 26,900 – 29,900 (based on experience and ability)
• Realistic OTE: 38,500 – 41,500 per annum
