Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Leeds/Hybrid

The Role:

• To fulfil a high ratio of vacancies received by allocated clients with the aim of Lorien becoming premium supplier
• Manage relationships with hiring managers that allocated roles
• Manage a high volume of roles and ensure that the client’s vacancies are being managed effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Telephone prospective candidates and assess suitability for client assignments
• Be responsible for shortlisting candidates and presenting to the client
• Identify highly skilled candidates and add their details to a skills hotbox, creating new skills hotboxes as and when required and maintaining hotboxes on an on-going basis
• Have a good understanding of the Account Procedures for the clients allocated
• To regularly and consistently liaise with designated client contacts to ensure that contacts are aware of progress of vacancies
• To attend meetings with client contacts to discuss new roles
• To maintain close contact with placed Lorien candidates on a regular and consistent basis to ensure that they are happy with the job and the service that we provide to them
• To monitor future renewal opportunities of own contractors and to initiate all renewal negotiations with client/contractor

About You:

• Excellent ability to search for the right candidate
• Good understanding of using sourcing tools and databases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite of tools
• A good understanding of recruitment technologies
