What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for the design and the delivery of Veolia’s candidate attraction and sourcing plan across multiple channels. Tailoring the sourcing needs of the business, you will look for innovative ways to access talent for hard to fill and critical roles.
You will lead and develop a recruitment social media strategy across Veolia social channels creating awareness of Veolia as an employer of choice and supporting the Employer Brand Strategy.
By managing the Veolia Employer Brand social media content on digital channels, you will look to showcase Veolia as an employer of choice internally and externally to attract and retain talent.
Support the wider resourcing team with multi channel recruitment campaigns across experienced hires and Early Careers recruitment, you will help us attract and retain the very best talent.
Working with our internal stakeholders, you will identify and source appropriate stories and content to showcase Veolia’s employer brand externally, with the creation of a social media calendar and content plan to support recruitment campaigns and the continued development of the EVP alongside Internal Comms.
Manage the Graduate social reporting – part of the graduate programme, as well as the monthly analytic reports to show engagement statistics for our social channels using Google Analytics.
Oversee the Glassdoor and Indeed review accounts ensuring Veolia is seen as an employer of choice
What are we looking for?
You will have a digital marketing, communications, or social media focussed background specifically focused on recruitment marketing and/or candidate engagement – ideally with experience of delivering social media activity to support large and specialised recruitment campaigns.
Your experience of writing and creating content for our careers website, social and digital channels to promote the employer brand will be proven, as well as your being confident to communicate at all levels with strong influencing skills.
Strong copywriting and proofreading skills are required, as is the understanding of CRM technology for Employer Brand and talent strategies.
Employee Advocacy experience using Glassdoor and Indeed to support the employer brand, and experience of digital branding and Google Analytics is also advantageous.
