Our client is a vibrant and busy company that offers a welcoming and collaborative team environment. Based on the edge of Aldershot they offer free parking and are easily accessible to the public transport network.

The marketing and content is in effect an assistant to the editor but the role requires collaboration with the whole team (sales, research) and is a hands-on role that encompasses a range of administrative, digital marketing and writing skills.

This is a part time position, working 25-30 hrs per week ideally over 5 days but 4 days considered. Hybrid 4:1 (1WFH).

The PT Marketing Assistant Benefits:

The PT Marketing Assistant will be involved in:

• Editorial tasks including proofing and content writing.
• Creating and publishing articles on the website
• Creating competitions, vouchers and events for advertisers
• Liaising with external website developers
• Sales support administration
• Creating and maintaining a listings process
• Liaise directly with researchers
• Assist with proofing
• Assist sales with introducing the platform and on-boarding new clients.
• Digital marketing and social media content etc.
• SEO and reporting on web traffic
• Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to develop a marketing plan
• Work with sales to create regular B2B & B2C email marketing campaigns
• Co-ordinate large-scale marketing projects

The PT Marketing Assistant will have:

• Experience or ability to learn quickly how to resize photo images in Canva or Paintshop Pro.
• Experience on Dotdigital, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mail Munch, Constant Contact, Meta Ads & Canva is preferred.
• Ideally working knowledge of Wordpress or another website content management system.
