I am looking for a dynamic Product Owner to join a highly prestigious and industry-leading consumer goods brand who are going through a large-scale technology and digital transformation.

Here, you’ll be playing an integral role overseeing the management of their Customer Management platform which is used to manage / create personalised and elevated customer interactions, and improve user and customer experience and create a more joined up customer journey and experience.

Other responsibilities include:

• Articulate and execute the vision for the suite of customer management products that support marketing, sales etc.
• Collect and measure the set goals for the customer management products to track efficiency gains, improved user and customer experience.
• Work closely with the technical teams to ensure the solution design process is effective at each stage in producing quality outcomes.

With impressive offices in London and Hampshire, our client is offering flexible working options where candidates are expected to be in the office 2 days a week.
