Your impact

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and build our Digital & Data products and services for our clients’ projects and programs, while supporting the growth of our emerging products and fostering a product mindset. You will be responsible for key products within large, complex initiatives that span multiple clients and product lifecycle stages. Your work will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders to define, plan, govern, manage financial performance, and ensure user adoption.

You will ensure that product and development teams follow key product management methodologies, applying user focus and effective communication to deliver an optimal customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading the product strategy, vision, planning, shaping, and management of product delivery.
2. Managing delivery teams through a matrix approach, negotiating and influencing resource managers to build capable teams that exceed expectations.
3. Supporting the product lifecycle across multiple teams with varying maturity levels and methodologies to ensure product success.
4. Fostering effective relationships with colleagues and third parties to gain commitment, support, and resources for product and service optimization.
5. Developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring timely execution.
6. Coordinating with Organizational Change Management to develop change strategies, including training and marketing materials, to enhance the customer experience.
7. Working with Delivery Managers to establish KPIs, measure product effectiveness, and drive adoption.
8. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement through feedback, post-implementation reviews, and process enhancements.

• Managing full product development and rollout lifecycle.
• Designing and delivering solutions with an established track record.
• Applying Agile and other product/project methodologies effectively.
• Strong technical understanding of product management, with logical and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills.
• Experience coaching teams, implementing best practices, and continuous improvement.
