Partner Solutions Manager, Global Partnerships, UK & Sports
The Global Partnerships team works with partners across creators, public figures, media, entertainment news and sports across the family of apps.The team is focused on helping build and grow innovative and meaningful content and community engagement experiences and businesses that deliver sustainable value for our partners in the form of audience, advertising revenue, and conversions.The team works on a wide range of product initiatives within Meta, predominantly focusing on Facebook, Instagram & Whatsapp, including: Threads, Reels, Monetisation, Metaverse, Broadcast Channels. The team also provides horizontal enablement across these areas for deals, content strategy and planning, audience development, product marketing, creative strategy, scaled outreach, and company-wide efforts like cultural relevance, IP regulation, racial justice initiatives and curation.Meta is seeking to grow its Partner Solutions team within the larger Global Partnerships organization. The Global Partnerships team at Meta works closely with the leading content creators in the world, including creators, public figures, music artists & athletes and Entertainment & Sports media Companies. This role will focus on driving product adoption, operational efficiency and business value for Meta with these top partners. The role will work closely with Strategic Partner Managers, Product Teams, Marketing, Data Analysts, Operations to help Facebook and our partners unlock business value across Meta’s family of apps.
Partner Solutions Manager, Global Partnerships, UK & Sports Responsibilities
Develop, manage and scale partnership programs that drive product adoption and partner business value through Meta’s family of apps
Support managed partners and liaise with internal stakeholders to understand partners’ core business needs and propose innovative solutions and opportunities to help them achieve platform success
Share product expertise and educate Partners on our best practices and new products to help them accelerate their growth
Support Product GTM & launches with partners in region
Act as an internal advocate on behalf of partners with cross-functional teams
Use data and insights to drive strategic decision-making
Use market-specific knowledge and insights to support the execution of our business goals
Proactively synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results as they relate to the ecosystem
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years experience in account management, digital marketing, social media, partner or project management
Experience working with Public Figures or Music Artists at a talent agency, media, or tech company
Experience with using Facebook or Instagram to help partners or clients reach their goals
Experience turning data into narrative and using data to spot opportunities
Self-starter, intellectually curious and creative individual with experience operating in a fast paced, ever changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
Proven knowledge of the talent/influencer and/or Sports landscape and the evolving players across UK
Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop creative partner or client activations
Experience solving problems in a collaborative environment
Experience prioritizing conflicting demands and projects, focusing on impact
Fluent in Spanish
