We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Domino’s. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid search campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI). You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with our business objectives and drive traffic to our website and app. This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing for both remote work and in-office presence at our Manchester or Milton Keynes locations.

Success in this role looks like:

• At least two years of hands-on experience in paid search, gained either through an agency or in-house role.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, with advanced capabilities in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Successfully completed all relevant Google certifications related to paid search, demonstrating a thorough understanding of best practices and industry standards.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics is considered advantageous, enhancing the ability to analyse and interpret web traffic data.
• Demonstrates a strong passion for digital marketing, coupled with a drive to achieve excellence and continuously improve.
• Strong ability to collaborate with other digital marketing teams and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
