We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious Paid Search Manager, ideally with experienced gained within a similar role, an understanding of how design translates in both print and digital teamed with strong technical ability across multiple software packages.

The Paid Search Manager has the overall responsibility for the performance of their team and the accounts they manage. Working in collaboration with Senior Leaders and our customers the Paid Search Manager will lead and implement the strategic direction of Paid social and search.

Role responsibilities include:

• The ownership of Paid search and Paid social channels.
• Develop paid search program strategies and analysis for our customers.
• Create and implement strategies which will support the customers brand and the our Company vision.
• Plan, create and implement new paid media accounts including keyword research and Google Ads Editor.
• Ensure Paid media is optimising effectively to ensure maximum conversation for the customer.
• Complete a Paid audit and present outcomes to their Line Manager.
• Perform research and insight analysis.
• Ensure productive identification of target audiences, geographic targeting, timing and scheduling strategy.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the customer brand, their competition, industry and marketing objectives; and be able to translate them into search strategies.
• Manage their own workload by using SMART targets which meet deadlines for our customers.
• Work in collaboration with others to ensure a succinct approach for each customer.
• Attend meetings with ideas, results and updates.
• Accountable for budgeting, creation of projections and allocation within the Paid accounts.
• Create and maintain clear processes for the Paid Search team.
• Taking ownership of the PPC and SEO roadmap and product strategy.
• Ensure they are update to the latest technology updates on all Paid search and Paid social channels including PPC and SEO.
• Undertaking and relevant training which has been sourced by the Company.
• Manage team and drive innovation to increase service efficiency.

Skills and knowledge required:

• Skilled in communicating with customers and listening to their requirements and requests.
• Experienced in effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experienced in a wide range of creative tools and packages such as InDesign, Photoshop, video editing, VLOG’s, Podcasts, social and digital media.
• Experienced working in a range of markets and multiple campaign types and objectives.
• Are Google, Microsoft, Google Analytics certified (preferred).
• 2+ years in a the same or similar role.

What we are offering to the successful candidate

Salary of £25,000.00 to £35,000.00.

Office Bristol based: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday between 08.30 and 18.30.

25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
