An apparel brand that is experience rapid growth and very much dominating their market. This is an exciting e-commerce business which trades internationally whilst stealing the spotlight in some incredible press releases.

For this opportunity we need someone with an ambitious, detail orientated and retail obsessed mindset. You’ll really care about your product and what the brand is trying to achieve this is more than just working to a budget, this is about being commercial and ultimately results driven so that you can get this brand to another level across their growth, reach and profitability.

Your background may be in paid marketing, paid social and/or SEO, but the essentials are that you know how to dissect data, whilst also keeping your eye on the pulse with what your internal stakeholders are working on with new or best selling product.

Some Responsibilities and Expectations:

• You will need to be an excellent communicator with exceptional analytical skills.
• You’re a natural and a super user of: ROAS, MER, CAC, as well as Facebook, Meta, Google, TikTok and any other platforms
• You’ll be able to carve out the brief and director of paid media strategies
• Ability to spot key products or collections to really maximise through the tools of paid ads
• Management of trading successes through your ads vs sales with the product teams
• Ability & experience for taking ownership of the plan and execution of your projects or campaigns
• Experience with managing budgets
• SEO ability when searching key words to drive and capitalise on your ad performance
• Must of worked in fashion in a paid marketing position
