KRG has been engaged to support a leading digital performance agency who specialise in B2B, specifically global events and networking events.
It is such an exciting time to join and they are looking to grow their Paid Media team.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy: Develop comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to meet the unique goals of eCommerce, technology, and B2B clients.
Campaign Setup and Optimization: Create, set up, and continuously optimize ad campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
Scaling Proficiency: Demonstrate the ability to scale campaigns, taking daily budgets from 100 to 1000 while maintaining strong performance.
Creative and Copy Testing: Conduct rigorous testing of creative assets and ad copy to engage users, stop scrolling, and achieve high click-through rates (CTR).
Audience Testing: Thoroughly test interests, behaviors, and Lookalike Audiences (LALs) and employ advanced tactics like layering, stacking, manual bidding, and objective testing.
Multichannel Marketing: Exhibit a strong passion for digital marketing across various channels, including social media, advertising, email marketing, conversion rate optimization, and website & marketing audits.
B2B: Experience working within the B2B sector, understanding how campaigns differ from platform to platform
Qualifications:
Proven experience in running Google ads and LINKEDIN ads for conversions, lead generation, and mobile app installs.
Track record of managing budgets of 100k+
Expertise in creative and copy testing to boost CTR.
Proficiency in audience testing techniques, including interests, behaviors, and LALs.
Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical skills in pixel implementation and audience setup.
Knowledge of digital marketing across multiple channels and tactics.
Understanding of post-click activities, including conversion rate optimization, email marketing, and growth hacking.
