Role Overview:
As a Paid Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our digital marketing strategy by planning, developing, and optimizing our paid media campaigns across various channels. This hands-on role will require you to create innovative, consumer-focused campaigns, continuously explore new opportunities, and deliver measurable results that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize paid search, display, and paid social campaigns to achieve KPIs and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including design and PR, to ensure maximum campaign efficiency.
• Test and refine creative assets, targeting strategies, and landing pages to drive top-tier results.
• Report on campaign performance and provide insights to key stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities for campaign optimization and continuous improvement.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics and a deep understanding of tracking and conversion optimization.
• Ability to produce accurate, commercially focused management information (MI).
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.

Desirable Criteria:

• Degree educated.
• Experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• Experience running financial services campaigns.
