The Opportunity: We’re seeking talented Paid Media Managers to be part of our current Digital team. Your role? Managing large-scale campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic for our esteemed Higher Education clients.

The Day-to-day:
_ Campaign Strategy and Execution _
Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch.
Collaborate cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies with overall marketing goals.
Provide detailed client reports and ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance.
_ Paid Media Channels _
Utilize Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 for effective campaign tracking and measurement.
Manage campaigns across meta channels, including Snapchat, TikTok, and DV360.
Oversee day-to-day execution of paid media activities.
_ Budget Management _
Manage the overall budget for paid media initiatives.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, ad grouping, and audience targeting.
_ Industry Knowledge _
Stay informed about industry best practices and new technologies.
What you’ll need:
Experience working in an agency environment is preferable but not essential.
Prior experience in a Paid Media Manager role, or a Senior Paid Media Executive with a few years experience ready to take the next step up!
In-depth technical knowledge and experience with paid social campaigns on Meta Ads. We also use LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Snap chat & YouTube, so any exposure in these fields would also be highly desired.
Significant tracking and reporting experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Excellent communication skills – comfortable presenting to clients, colleagues and large groups
Experience running activity across Programmatic networks not essential but preferred.
