Job Purpose
Lead our Sanex business & our brand-building Equity communication strategy across Northern Europe (UK & Nordics).
Deliver business growth through development of brand strategy, execution of people-centric brand experience plans and launches of breakthrough innovation.
Main Responsibilities
Brand strategy:
Apply people-centric insights and commercial assessment to develop a Brand Growth Plan and define our strategy to deliver net sales, margin, profit and share targets.
Partner with local teams across UK & Nordic markets to localise brand strategy & tailor growth initiatives across the Northern Europe region.
Lead internal alignment of Brand Growth Plans, presenting to senior leadership to gain buy-in and ensure synergy with European and Global strategies.
Innovation:
Leverage consumer & market insights to develop a clear Portfolio Strategy and identify growth opportunities for NPD.
Lead GTM plan for new product launches, defining 5P recommendation, commercial strategy, P&L posture & launch support plans.
Manage cross-functional operations to launch new products (artwork development, SKU creation, accurate demand planning etc).
Communications & Media
Lead development and implementation of full-funnel, omni-channel consumer experience plans in collaboration with IMC, Digital Transformation & Shopper Teams.
Partner with local teams across UK & Nordics to localise brand experience strategy by adapting assets, targeting & touchpoint plans.
Work closely with the IMC Manager & media agency to brief, plan and set measurement frameworks for media campaigns.
Drive digital transformation by applying people-centric audience science & personalisation strategies, and executing experimental ‘Test & Learn’ mindset on new digital platforms.
Leverage MMM learnings to develop recommendations for driving media effectiveness and improving ROI.
Retailer Engagement
Develop and present annual ‘Brand Plan’ presentations for retailer sell-in, building category growth stories in partnership with Sales & Shopper Teams.
People Development
Management and coaching of 1 direct report (Brand Manager).
