Role: National Sales Team Manager
Location: Birmingham, B1
Hours: 40 hours between 08:30am – 18:00pm. Monday to Friday (occasional work out of normal business hours)
Reporting to: Head of Product Development

We’re currently experiencing a sensational period of growth as the flexible officing revolution continues to disrupt the traditional office market. Our unique Client management model connects building owners (Clients) with occupiers (Customers) to generate cash from underutilised office space in all types of buildings from Aberdeen to Brighton. NewFlex is creating a positive alternative in the business centre market.

What will you do?
Responsible for driving viewings and enquiries booked and converted as well as the team management and combined successes of the National Sales Office.
We want someone exceptional who can focus on:
People Management
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operation of the National Sales Office and arrange 121s, appraisals and performance management meetings
Identify trends in team output and review incentives and commission schemes
Encourage team dynamic and initiatives to self generate new leads and own pipeline
Co-ordinate ongoing brand integrity, product knowledge, sales techniques and objection handling
To have a succession pipeline of talent within the team
To motivate each individual on the team to deliver results as per the businesses needs
Broker Partners and Relationships
High levels of communication on a daily basis with broker and agent accounts
Resolve broker disputes in a timely manner
Run monthly broker competitions to generate friendly competition
Nurture broker and agent relationships in order to increase business.
Challenge and incentivise broker and agent partners to increase lead volume
Sales & Revenue
Influence potential customers to support the revenue growth of the business
Secure new broker and agent partners as well as third party booking platforms for office space, flexible workspace, coworking and meeting rooms
Attend business network events to support the business’ marketing
activity
Ad hoc duties as and when required by the business
Digital Marketing
Work with the marketing department to ensure the NewFlex group has a social media presence, by promoting new ideas and strategies from the business through Facebook, Linkedin and Instagram
Health & Safety
To have an understanding and work to policies relating to statutory H&S obligations
Knowledge/Experience
Minimum Grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Team leader / people management experience

Qualifications
Minimum Grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent)
2 years serviced office industry experience (Desirable)
Experience managing B2B relationships (Desirable)
