The Mobile & PaaS Product Owner – Senior Manager will take end-to-end ownership of Squad goals, set the product roadmap and drives value realization by translating the voice of the customer into product features.

The Mobile & PaaS Product Owner – Senior Manager must be a leader who is customer-centric and enjoys working with teams to design and deliver platform to enable them to build exceptional products for their customers with speed and agility. You will lead a multi-skilled engineering Squad and work directly with its members to prioritize and manage what needs to be done and by when. This is a multifaceted role where at one hand you will work with the functional Product Owners across tribes to identify their mobile / platform needs and on the other hand you will also collaborate with other Platform Product owners in your (Enterprise Platforms) tribe to build around the right enterprise capabilities like API & iPaaS Platforms, Data Factory/EDW/MDM etc. Working with Squad members without line management authority over them will be key-you are a servant-leader and embody that in how you approach the work. You will coordinate closely with your Lead PO, Tribe Lead & Tech Area Lead to stay aligned on business goals and make sure your Squad is progressing and delivering against them. You will also represent the voice of the customer, whether internal or external, and make sure that Squad members understand their needs and preferences.
YOU’RE GOOD AT

• Understanding Mobile apps ecosystem and capabilities in popular Mobile platforms like iOS and Android and using those capabilities to build features which enable business
• Being customer-focused and dedicated to understanding and learning about customer needs and requirements
• Working with multi-skilled, cross-functional engineer team
• Operating with a transparency mindset, communicating clearly and openly
• Being comfortable leading, directing, and empowering team members without formal management authority
• Working with ambiguous requirements and multi-disciplinary teams
• Influencing stakeholders up to the senior levels of the organization
• Bringing a data-driven approach to decision making, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-offs
• Looking for opportunities to innovate and get things done better and faster

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Total 7+ years’ relevant experience as Product Owner or Technical Product Owner or Platform Owner in the area of Mobile Apps, reusable frameworks/libraries or SDK development
• Understanding of Mobile Apps ecosystem on Apple and Android platforms
• Experience in / understanding of modern, mobile/UX architectures
• Experience in / understanding of modern, cloud native, microservices based architecture
• Understanding of agile principles and ways of working
• Good understanding of technology enabled business transformation, Digital transformation, Organizational transformation, delivering enterprise-level IT and Digital projects
• Divergent thinker who can converge ideas into tangible products
• Exceptional communications and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of modern, mobile/UX architecture is a plus
• Understanding of modern design systems and UX principles is a plus
