Product Analyst role overview:

My client is looking for a mid-level ambitious product analyst to join their London-based product analytics team, taking a leading position in influencing product development across all their European markets -UK, Belgium, Germany, and Poland. You will be working with a team of 15+ and liaising with stakeholders up to C-level so it’s imperative you have excellent communication skills coupled with a strong analytical and commercial mindset.

Overview of the Mid-Level Product Analyst role:

In this role you can expect to work closely with the head of products, product managers, analysts, and UX designers

• Interpret customer behaviour and monitor site usage
• Define and monitor KPI’s and support data-driven decisions throughout the product development.
• You will ensure those insights drawn from analytics are accurate and actionable, whilst ensuring these are understandable to non-technical stakeholders
• Establish what tracking is in place and what needs to be set up, ensuring there is a clear purpose behind all tracking put in place
• You will provide support to the tech teams who will implement new tracking
• Create and manage relevant PowerBI dashboards to set benchmarks and measure the impact of changes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders

Mid-Level Product Analyst key requirements:

• University Degree in a numerical/quantitative field (mathematics, economics, statistics etc)
• 3-4 + years relevant hands-on experience in a similar position (product analyst, insights analyst, web analyst, data analyst, etc)
• Strong understanding of how digital products works
• Native app experience
• Research, data analysis, data interrogation, and manipulation
• Creating interactive dashboards, data visualization, reporting and process automation, and optimization
• Customer segmentation and reporting
• A/B MTV testing experience
• Dealing with multiple stakeholder’s needs whilst managing your own workload to achieve KPI’s
• Must be adaptable and worked in a fast-paced, dynamic environment before
• Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to provide actionable recommendations and insights to CSuite and stakeholders
