Marketing Planning Lead / London / Hybrid / £65,000 – £70,000An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global brand for a Marketing Planning Lead. This role will manage a marketing team and lead on brand and marketing strategies. This role is still a hands-on position and you will be working closely with other senior leaders in the organisation.Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage, coach and develop the marketing team
• Create and monitor KPIs across digital channels
• Lead on the email and CRM strategy
• Review insights on digital performance and adopt AI tools to improve processes and engagement
• Create lifecycle journeys
• Work closely with other senior leaders in the organisation to improve processes
• Develop digital strategies

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years in a senior marketing manager/lead position
• Experience managing and developing a marketing team
• Experience working with CMS platforms
• Experience building and maintaining websites with digital agencies
• Great communicator
• Strong attention to detail
