The Role:

Holland & Barrett is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Ireland. This role is based in our Dublin office on Grafton Street (D02 YV32). As Marketing Manager, you will have a crucial role in driving the Holland & Barrett brand in the Irish market through innovative and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Devise and deliver the customer plan for Ireland, aligning with UK campaigns and identifying local opportunities to boost awareness and engagement.
• Lead and execute priority ‘360 moments’ including ATL, PR, Social, Influencer, Store Eventing, Digital, and Brand Partner activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key journalists and influencers in wellness, food, beauty, and more.
• Develop and implement targeted PR campaigns to secure media coverage and influencer collaborations with clear KPIs.
• Manage relationships with agency partners to deliver consumer and corporate PR, driving brand recognition.
• Collaborate closely with Irish Commercial, Retail, and Digital teams for aligned priorities and initiatives.
• Work with the UK marketing team to drive integrated, strategic marketing campaigns.
• Manage budgets, build business cases, and report on ROI for key activities.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, sharing insights with stakeholders.

Location: Dublin, Ireland. Hybrid: 2-3 days in the office.

The Person:

• Extensive experience in leading marketing campaigns for large consumer brands or in a retail marketing environment.
• Proven ability to maximise earned media and influencer relationships for brand and commercial benefit.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Positive, adaptable, and able to thrive in an evolving environment.
• Brilliantly organised, with a passion and curiosity for health and wellness.
