Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive impactful campaigns, shape brand presence, and lead a small but ambitious team for a company based on the outskirts of York, North Yorkshire

The Role

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you ll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. You ll bring fresh ideas, manage content across key platforms, coordinate global events, and ensure our websites and social channels reflect the innovation we deliver to our clients daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across platforms
• Manage website content and performance (SEO, UX)
• Lead PPC and Google Ads campaigns with detailed reporting
• Grow our social presence (particularly LinkedIn)
• Plan and execute internal and external events
• Drive email marketing, automation, and segmentation strategies
• Collaborate with IT for digital project execution
• Support cross-functional marketing initiatives

Essential Skills & Experience

• 5+ years marketing experience (B2B preferred)
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
• Experience with CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, etc.)
• Proficient in Office 365 and CRM tools
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and email marketing platforms
• Excellent communication and project management skills

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar
• Campaign management across Google Ads/LinkedIn Ads
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Event planning and execution
