Marketing Manager – Aylesbury
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager for our client based in Buckinghamshire.
Hours: 8:30-5:30 pm
Salary: 40,000 – 50,000
Duties:
– Develop and implement marketing strategies: create comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals and objectives.
– Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels.
– Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
– Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
– Product Launches: Plan and execute product launches, including promotional activities and events.
– Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads.
– Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI.
– Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
– Internal Customer Management: Liaise with Divisional Managers to ensure advertising is relevant to their division and current trends.
– Lead and manage the Marketing department/function.
– Motivate and manage the team to work efficiently and effectively.
– Organize all aspects of customer-facing company events, ranging from small internal meetings to training and exhibitions.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field, or CIM Marketing qualification level 6 or above, or relevant experience.
– 5 years’ proven experience as a Marketing Manager
– Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques
– Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
