Infinity Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our locally based Peterborough client in their search for a full time Marketing Manager, working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established local business.

In this fully office-based Marketing Manager position you will be required to lead a marketing team, with both traditional and digital forms of marketing. This is hands on Marketing Manager role you will be responsible for a wide range of marketing activities to include but not limited to:-

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Create and Manage successful marketing campaigns
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns
• You will have a hands-on approach and will actively manage content creation, publicity, social media, spearheading lead generation campaigns, and newsletter creation
• Manage PPC campaigns and external agencies
• Competitor analysis
• Manage and Lead a small team including 121’s and appraisals, support, and coaching

Skills Required

To be considered for this Marketing Manager role you will :-

• Have demonstrable experience of both digital and traditional forms of marketing with strong copy writing and strong social media knowledge
• You will have a strong creative flair
• You will be an excellent communicator
• You will have team/workflow management experience
