Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Birmingham (onsite – with some flexibility)

Salary: 40,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across major platforms.
• Content Creation: Create engaging content including video, graphics, and written posts.
• On-Camera Presentation: Act as the face of the brand by presenting in videos, live streams, and other digital content.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support product launches, events, and promotions.
• Market Analysis: Identify and leverage emerging marketing trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content for diverse platforms.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable and confident presenting on camera.
• Creative thinker with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on trends.
