Marketing Manager, Tour Operator, London/Hybrid, 40-50k + Bonus. An excellent opportunity to join a specialist tour operator based in London where you will be responsible for multi-channel campaign management to both consumers and trade partners.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities

• Reporting to the head of marketing, you will be responsible for managing one other marketing exec.
• Creating and delivering partnership marketing campaigns.
• Lead of b2b and b2c email marketing campaigns.
• Social media marketing.
• Utilising tools such as Google analytics to track the success and effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting and improving where appropriate.
• Writing press releases and leading on PR strategy.
• Cross functional collaboration with digital marketing and on the road sales teams.
• Budget management.

Marketing Manager Skills Required

• At least 3-5 years marketing experience, preferably from the travel industry
• Experience of end-to-end campaign planning, management and delivery.
• Experience leading a small team.
• A creative flair with experience using design software such as Canva or similar.
• Experience of partnership marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Marketing Manager Additional Details

• A basic salary in the region of 40,000 – 50,000 per annum.
• Company bonus potential in region of 5-10%
• Hybrid working – 2 days a week in Central London with option to work remotely 3 days a week.
