Red Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Marketing Executive to join our client as a Marketing Manager, working part-time within the busy team you will be reporting to the Directorship team as well as working within the fast-paced Sales Team.

You will need previous experience in the Marketing industry (or similar) and have a Marketing degree.

This is a part-time role over 3 days, the salary is 32,000 pro-rata and is located in South Gloucestershire.

• Salary: 32,000 pro rata
• Hours: 3 days per week, 9am – 5pm
• Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities of a Marketing Manager:

• Being solely responsible for developing and implementing all marketing initiatives for the company
• Evaluating and improving marketing campaigns with possible solutions to fit within budgetary constraints and align with the company’s objectives
• Managing, maintaining and updating the company website, including creating content and live updates
• Leading social media efforts across all platforms
• Organising and managing all photography and videography required by the Senior Management Team
• Working closely with the sales team to plan and run paid social media campaigns

Key Skills and Experience of a Marketing Manager:

• To be considered for this role you will need a degree in marketing or similar
• Experience in managing websites and digital marketing campaigns (the use of Craft CMS is preferred but not essential)
• Strong social media knowledge and the ability to adapt to platform trends is required
• You should be creative, with the ability to generate fresh ideas and see them through to execution
• Ideally the successful candidate will be independent and self-motivated, and must be comfortable working without constant supervision
