Our client, who are an award winning organisation within the education field, have an opening for a full time Marketing Executive to join their busy, friendly team on a permanent basis.

You will be working Monday – Friday 9-5:30pm and receive an annual salary of £25000 – £30000 (depending on experience) + great benefits and a comprehensive development programme!

The marketing executive is a standalone marketing role and will support the recruiting department in designing, developing, and delivering compelling campaigns and communications across a variety of channels to attract the right people.

The role is digitally biased, focusing on candidate engagement, communication of our brand and partner brands, and maximising ROI.

Duties include:
– Leading and managing local and national targeted activity to support the department and client requirements
– Management of the Candidate Attraction Marketing Budget while maximising PPC and paid media campaigns
– Report and analyse campaigns measured against specific KPIs
– Working with the Digital Marketing Executive and Web Executive to drive lead generation through website and social media
– Assisting the management team with presentations and producing regular reports using digital analytics tools

The Ideal Person:
– Ideally Degree educated or equivalent qualifications in Marketing
– Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
– Excellent IT skills
– A strong track record of lead generation through organic marketing
– Excellent with data analytics and ability to evaluate marketing campaigns
– Organised and able to work autonomously. You should be a self-motivated, self-starter, motivated to learn, and comfortable with identifying and executing on new areas of opportunity
– Copywriting experience
– Paid media experience
– A keen eye for detail
– Design skills are desirable
