Key Responsibilities as Marketing Executive:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and team to execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
• Provide essential support to the Social Media and Influencer Manager across all digital platforms.
• Craft and proofread engaging content for both digital and print media, ensuring it resonates with our target audience.
• Coordinate with designers on email campaigns, newsletters, website updates, and social media assets, while managing print projects as needed.
• Organise and manage press and celebrity PR appointments to maximise brand exposure and build strong relationships.
• Take the lead on event coordination, from concept to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and a memorable experience.
• Analyse and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to refine and inform future strategies.
• Track, monitor, and provide insights on competitor activities to support informed decision-making.

What We re Looking For:

• Ideally, 1-2 years of marketing experience, with a marketing qualification being a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for the beauty industry and the ability to thrive in an exciting, dynamic workplace.
