Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and advertising platforms.
Develop creative briefs and guide the creative direction for all advertising and communications.
Maintain and update the company website using CMS tools, ensuring SEO optimization.
Oversee content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, manage budgets, participate in events, document processes, and support sales.
Design and send email newsletters, promotional emails, and automated campaigns.
Monitor and report on KPIs such as website traffic and social media engagement using analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations.
Research new marketing opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials.
Collaborate with sales and production departments to support marketing initiatives.
Plan and execute trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize accordingly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in an SME or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management, and email marketing software like Mailchimp).
Strong writing skills for creating compelling content.
Experience with CMS (especially WordPress), basic HTML, and SEO.
Data analysis skills to derive insights and improve performance.
Willingness to take on various marketing tasks and learn new skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a small team and contribute to collective goals.
