Key Responsibilities

• Develop ITS marketing content, assets, and programs for online and offline platforms.
• Support new service launches, working with vendor partners on MDF and collaborative campaigns.
• Manage content for the European website, ensuring SEO focus and up-to-date, consistent messaging.
• Lead the project management of all ITS marketing communications initiatives and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
• Brief and manage relationships with external marketing agencies and other relevant suppliers.
• Evaluate projects/campaigns against agreed KPIs/objectives, providing recommendations and actionable insights.
• Ensure all assets comply with company guidelines, branding, and industry/legal requirements.
• Liaise with regional marketing teams to accelerate new ITS launches.
• Deliver internal communications to raise awareness of ITS within the company.

Key Candidate Requirements

Experience/Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Communications within the IT Services sector, either for vendors or service providers, ideally on a pan-European basis.
• Proven track record in project managing major initiatives or campaigns.
• Comprehensive experience across the marketing communications mix.
• Professional Marketing qualification.
• Commercially astute with the ability to assess simple ROI on expenditure.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
• Creative skills with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite advantageous.
• Familiarity with Drupal CMS or similar platforms preferred.
• European language skills are advantageous.
