Pay rate/Salary: £25 – £30k DOE

Hours of Work: 07 45 (Mon Thurs) 07:30 – 12:30 (Fridays)

Type: Permanent Full-time

Are you a Marketing Executive looking for your next opportunity? This could be your next role! We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive in Leicestershire, with proven experience with Content Creation, CRM management, Brand Promotion and Market Research to work with a Manufacturing Engineering Company specialising in sheet metal. In this role you will work closely with the Business Support Director and Marketing Director supporting the implementation of marketing strategies and optimise processes to meet the company s objectives.

Key Responsibilities of a Marketing Executive:

• Support the execution of the agreed marketing plan
• Assist in the retention and development of new and existing customers through individualised account support working closely with the Sales Team.
• Assist with the CRM (Hubspot) database management including efficient data segmentation
• Support the B2B event strategy as well as creating and facilitating events
• Create content and promotional materials (photo, video and literature) including but not limited to: email campaigns, content writing, advertising, PR and design
• Promotion of the Company s brand both online and off
• Develop and maintain our social media presence, Company website and SEO
• Provide reports on marketing
• Research market trends to assist with the development of marketing plans
• Conduct competitor and customer analysis to help drive demand for the Company services
• Maintain marketing support materials
• Any other reasonable management request.

Skills and experience of a Marketing Executive:

• Industry recognised qualification in marketing
• Proven experience in marketing and a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience of working in the Manufacturing Engineering sector would be beneficial
• Familiarity of Hubspot or other similar CRM
• Understanding of SEO onsite, offsite
• Creative with good writing skills
• Good influencing and motivational skills
• Self-motivated and focused, with a flexible attitude
• Good attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy & a commitment to quality
• Able to work on & use own initiative & problem solve
• Strong communication, team working & people skills
• Positive attitude to innovation & change
• Looking to build a career in a fast-growing business
