Marketing Assistant

3-month contract initially- INSIDE OF IR35

Part remote and flexible working from offices in Nottingham

My client, a leading Pharmaceutical organisation in Nottingham is seeking a Marketing Assistant join them on a contractual basis. The role in INSIDE OF IR35 and so you would be required to work via an umbrella company from day one.

Using your design and web production expertise, you’ll support the Content Centre of Excellence to deliver best in class digital content across multiple platforms. This is an entry level role for someone looking to kick-start their digital design career.

Your responsibilities

• Design, build and integration of content across multiple platforms – with a particular focus on health, beauty and wellness
• Design assets with a variety of product and lifestyle imagery for use across multiple content types such as inspiration and advice content pages and brand shops
• Ongoing content review
• Use a CMS to create exciting and inspiring content pages in line with UI and UX guidelines
• Working collaboratively with internal marketing teams and external teams across the business to deliver on brief
• Manage your day-to-day workload with an acute awareness of deadlines

Our ideal candidate

• CMS experience
• Experience using Adobe design software or similar
• An understanding of digital customer journeys
• Attention to detail, excellent organisation and communication skills, plus flexibility
• An understanding of UI and UX would be beneficial
