We are expanding our Information, Advice and Guidance services for young people in London with our ‘Spark Change’ programme, funded by Greater London Authority (GLA) and European Structural and Investment Fund (ESIF).
As a Marketing and Social Media Apprentice, you will develop a Marketing and Social Media offer to help engage young people and generate referrals to the programme. You will design and produce digital content in partnership with young people, including short videos, posters, and other visual media. You will advise on the set up and use of appropriate social media platforms and promote our service through our social media platforms, sharing and celebrating successes and good news stories.
Essential:
You will have:
· Willingness and commitment to undertake an apprenticeship qualification.
· Experience of, and ability to use, film, editing and design software packages for producing content in a variety of ways – films, flyers, posters, web content etc.
· Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms with ability to set up new accounts.

Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
Location:
Hybrid working with a mix of office, home and community working. Our service will cover the London Boroughs of Bexley, Brent, Hackney, Harrow, and Havering.
Occasionally you may be required to work during the evening or on a Saturday, for example if a young person’s event is taking place during an evening or on a Saturday. In this instance you will be able to take time back in lieu of hours worked.
