We’re looking for a temporary creative and data-driven Marketing Campaigns & Communications Officer to help deliver innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive student recruitment and engagement. Needto be able to start asap.

This is likely to for 4/5 months – hybrid (2 days office 3 home) parking on site – Lansdown Campus – £18.45 – £18.96 an hour Working as part of a collaborative marketing team, you’ll plan, deliver and optimise targeted campaigns across email, CRM, social media, web and digital channels, using audience insights to maximise engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create engaging content for email, SMS, web, social media and print.
• Manage and optimise CRM-based communications and automated customer journeys.
• Segment audiences and personalise campaigns to improve performance.
• Monitor campaign results, analyse data and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver successful campaigns.
• Support CRM development, reporting and best practice across the team.
• Identify new marketing trends and opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Be confident using Dotdigital and Mailchimp

About You

You’ll have:

• Experience in a marketing, communications or campaign-focused role.
• Strong digital marketing and email marketing experience.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics) and audience segmentation.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• A data-driven approach with experience analysing campaign performance.
• The ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
