We re looking for an analytical, energetic candidate with a true passion for marketing to join our team. This dynamic role demands a commercially driven, curious individual motivated by positive business outcomes.

As our Marketing Analyst, you’ll collect, analyse, and leverage marketing data to optimise strategies across our product portfolio. You’ll be part of a collaborative Marketing team, providing vital support to business units in the UK and Australia, for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse data from various sources to identify trends, insights and opportunities within our sales and marketing activity
• Track performance and report on effectiveness and ROI, across online and offline channels
• Conduct research to identify industry trends, behaviours, new technologies and the competitive landscape
• Use customer and wider data to segment and profile the target audience, enabling effective marketing activity and driving sales
• Work collaboratively within Marketing and with other teams, including other marketing activity from time to time, to ensure the delivery of overall department objectives

Ultimately, your contributions will provide vital insights for developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies, contributing to the growth of our central Training business and 100+ Driver Hire offices across the UK and Australia.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field. Master s degree is a plus
• 2 + years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, or a related role
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel)
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Natural curiosity, a positive, can-do attitude and a desire to innovate
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy and quality
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels
