Requirements

• 6-8 years’ experience from a management consulting firm working on transformation and change projects
• Outstanding delivery, advisory and transformation capability
• Experience independently leading projects or initiatives in transformation programmes or large projects
• Experience in project or programme management, change management, operational excellence, process improvement, operating model, organisation design, digital/technology implementation, omnichannel, strategy and insights
• Subject matter knowledge and experience working in Life Sciences
• Experience in Commercial, Medical Affairs, Global Health, Access & Sustainability, or R&D Development functions
• Strong commercial awareness and business development capability
• Ability to identify and scope consulting solutions and manage new projects through the sales process
• Strong record of leading teams, building capability, coaching and upskilling colleagues
• Broad business and corporate problem-solving and project experience
• Passion for Life Sciences and transformation and change that improves health outcomes
• Self-starter able to work independently and identify, scope and lead key initiatives
• Applicants requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future cannot be progressed
