Zachary Daniels are pleased to be partnering with a growing retail chain in their search for a Senior Loss Prevention. Our clients Senior Loss Prevention Manager will work closely with the senior leadership teams across retail and distribution being accountable for the companies shrinkage performance and stock loss prevention measures. This is a hybrid role combining time at Head Office, in the field and home working.

Key accountabilities

• Delivery of shrink and profit protection measures
• Key player in Health & Safety performance across the retail and distribution networks
• Leadership of the Profit Protection team
• Support and hold stock loss investigations
• Ensure capability and understanding across all operational teams is being challenged regularly around shrinkage procedures
• Create and drive the business strategy for shrinkage performance
• All legal H&S requirements are up to date at all times
• Report shrink performance and next steps to Board

About the candidate

To be considered for our clients Senior Loss Prevention Manager position the successful candidate will have:

• Proven track record in a Loss Prevention or Profit Protection role within retail experience in a discount, convenience or supermarket business is a must
• Ability to coach and communicate throughout the group up to Board level
• Ability to influence at a Senior level
• Ability to develop a strong performance led culture
• Analytical mindset
• Strong organisational skills
• Experience in leading a large profit and loss account
• To be extremely resilient in challenging situations

For the position of Senior Loss Prevention Manager our client can offer a salary of up to 75,000 car and benefits
