A position for a Lettings Administrator has become available for an independent property management company based in Clarendon Park, Leicester.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong administration skills
Excellent organisational & prioritisation skills
Excellent written & oral communication skills
High accuracy & attention to detail
Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
Knowledge of general computer software (MS Word, Excel, & Outlook)
Arithmetic & English competence
A clean Full UK driving licence
Key responsibilities for the position would include:
Managing and maintaining an accurate property portfolio database
Progressing tenancy applications from start to finish
Dealing with both current & potential clients
Marketing to include digital media
General office duties
Being proactive and with willingness learn
Lettings experience would be advantageous however not essential as training will be provided to the successful candidate.
On completion of a successful probation period, the option to progress with industry recognised qualifications will be offered to the successful candidate.
£17,000 – £21,000 depending on experience, plus a performance bonus.
