Lead IT Technician + Digital Marketing Ringwood, Hampshire Office Based Full Time £35,000 per annum – £38,000 per annum commensurate with experience

Our client has been delivering excellent groundworks and civil engineering services across the South of England for over 25 years. They take pride in their reputation for excellence in all areas of groundworks, roads, drainage, and civil engineering.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Lead and IT Support Technician to join their team based at their Head Office in Ringwood.

You will work in a fast-paced commercial construction business specialising in the residential groundworks sector. Supporting the various business department heads with ongoing IT strategy and implementation, this is a varied position. Responsibilities vary from resourcing the IT Support, and managing Mobile and Telephone Contracts to day-to-day hands-on problem resolution. This role requires someone who has prior experience in a business setting and wants to expand their existing skills.

Are you the right person for the job?

Skillset Required:

• Advanced MS Office 365
• Android/IOS knowledge
• Strong analytical & IT problem-solving skills (hardware & software)
• Experience in dealing with external software support
• Virtual Environment/Remote Desktop knowledge

What will your role look like?

• Point of Contact for all IT, Telecommunications and Marketing enquires
• Work with independent IT service providers to procure and maintain support contracts and inventory
• Collaborate with external IT service providers regarding implementation of Security Managed Service Contract
• Configure, install and maintain hardware as required
• Liaise with service providers for mobile phones/landline services and broadband contracts
• Manage BT Cloud telephone system, including updates/amendments
• Manage Web content and Social Media accounts
• Work in collaboration with other Department Heads to deliver required support
