Accountabilities

• Develop and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other design elements for digital and print media.
• Design projects using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
• Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and implementation.
• Establish creative direction within brand guidelines.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in graphic design, with proven expertise in relevant tools.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira is preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
