People Source Consulting have been asked to recruit an interim Director of Corporate Affairs/Board Secretary for one of our NHS clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for an interim Director of Corporate Affairs to join the senior team, reporting into the Chief Executive. You will be responsible for the provision of high-level support to the Trust Board/Senior Management Committees, ensuring Corporate Affairs are undertaken to the highest standards and according to statutory and legislative requirements. The role combines the senior leadership and management of the Board Secretariat with all Governance matters, providing leadership across the integrated governance agenda.

The functions include:

• Information Governance
• Board Secretary
• Legal
• Freedom To Speak Up

Candidates must have strong leadership qualities, including experience of Corporate Governance at Director level within the NHS.
