Harris Hill has a temporary opening for an Individual Giving Officer to join a lovely charity in Bath, working Hybrid based (1dpw office), on a full time basis, paying £29665 on an hourly basis, plus holiday pay.

You would report to the IG and Membership Manager, and support the planning, development and implementation of the Individual Giving, Membership and Community & Events Fundraising team whilst they recruit permanently.

You ll help through effective campaign execution, supporter stewardship, reporting, and data management. There will also be a requirement to help with the phone queries. This role also supports the retention and growth of our supporter base.

Stewardship, retention and development – 80%

Community and Events – 20%

Experience:

An enthusiastic, hard-working team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisation skills, able to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
Able to follow procedures, and work accurately, with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an engaging and professional telephone manner.
Experience coordinating digital and direct marketing campaigns.
Able to work autonomously and adapt to changing demands in a busy environment.
Numerate, able to produce and interpret reporting and campaign analysis and support on budget management .
Experience of using CRM databases and data handling.
Role requires a Data Barring Service Disclosure (DBS).

Desirable

Experience in Events fundraising.
Experience using a website CMS (content management system) to create or update digital content and donation pages.
Experience of supporter administration.
