We are looking for a Senior Individual Giving Manager to join the Supporter Marketing Team and form part of the wider Fundraising Directorate. This is an exciting position looking for someone to bring new ideas and lead a team of 3, driving the growth of new supporters and developing lasting, holistic relationships.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of supporter acquisition – Identify and develop new acquisition opportunities, including new products and offers. Looking to improve ROI and lifetime value.
• Management of early-stage engagement welcome – Plan and overseeing communications (on and offline) with new supporters during their first year, with an emphasis on early stage to minimise attrition.
• Management of the supporter stewardship & development programme – Lead supporter journey planning and segmentation, working with stakeholders from across the department to develop holistic relationships.
• Develop plans and strategies – Develop plans, strategies and programmes of activities in line with the fundraising strategy and financial framework. Set goals, objectives and priorities for the Individual Giving Team
• Monitoring, analysis and evaluation – Produce or commission reports and analysis that informs decision making and future strategy.
• Marketing research, competitor analysis and industry perspective – Maintain an overview of other charities activities and the opportunities and threats they present. Be well informed of fundraising regulations and compliance, including fundraising code and data protection.
• Team leadership – Provide line management for members of the team in line with the charities management standard and values.
