What you’ll do
This is a newly created role working closely with our Head of Operations and Fractional CPO to identify areas of optimisation to enable the evolution of the HR function at Judge.me. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to drive the talent agenda for their business areas, translating the business and People strategy into impactful plans that drive business goals, high performance, inclusion and change.
