Are you an experienced SEO leader ready to take ownership of a global organic growth strategy?

We’re working with a well-established, ambitious organisation looking for a Global Head of SEO to lead its SEO function and play a pivotal role in driving visibility, traffic and commercial growth across multiple markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic SEO professional who can combine big-picture thinking with hands-on expertise and knows how to turn search data, technical optimisation and content strategy into measurable business results.

As Global Head of SEO, you’ll take the lead on the organisation’s global SEO strategy, identifying opportunities to increase organic visibility and performance across key markets.

• Developing and delivering the global SEO strategy aligned to wider commercial objectives
• Leading and developing an SEO team, creating a high-performance culture
• Driving technical SEO, on-page optimisation and organic growth initiatives
• Using data and analytics to identify opportunities and measure performance
• Working closely with Content, Digital, Product, Marketing and wider stakeholders
• Overseeing keyword research, competitor analysis and SERP opportunities
• Improving website architecture, technical health and overall search visibility
• Staying ahead of Google algorithm updates, SEO trends and emerging search technologies
• Reporting on SEO performance, translating complex data into clear commercial insights
• Identifying opportunities to scale organic acquisition across international markets

YOU?

• Significant experience in an SEO leadership/management position
• A strong track record of delivering organic growth at scale
• Excellent technical SEO knowledge
• Experience managing, mentoring and developing SEO professionals
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience working with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs or similar
• A good understanding of content strategy, link building and website architecture
• Experience operating across multiple websites, markets or international audiences
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to turn SEO strategy into clear, measurable commercial outcomes
