Role Overview:

As the Head of PPC, you will lead our PPC and Paid Media team, setting the strategic direction, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring that we consistently exceed client expectations. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our PPC offering, identifying new opportunities for growth, and ensuring our team is equipped to deliver top-tier performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of PPC specialists, ensuring continuous learning and development.
• Develop, execute, and refine paid search strategies on platforms like Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads, and more to deliver impactful results for our clients.
• Monitor, optimise, and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to both clients and the internal team.
• Collaborate with other departments, including client services and creative teams, to develop holistic strategies that drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert consultation and strategic direction for PPC campaigns.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques to maintain the agency’s competitive edge.
• Oversee complex campaign setups, including bidding strategies, keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience segmentation.
• Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spend and alignment with performance goals.
• Present reports and insights to clients, delivering clear and concise recommendations for continued success.

About You:

• 4+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• Proven ability to lead and manage PPC campaigns, with a focus on delivering measurable results and ROI.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed, strategic decisions.
• A natural leader with the ability to inspire, develop, and motivate a talented team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data in a simple and actionable manner.
• A passion for digital marketing and keeping up with the ever-evolving PPC landscape.
• Strong organisational skills, able to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
