Head of Performance Marketing

£1100-£1500 inside IR35 – 6 Month Contract with the potential to be permanent – Hybrid Working

An opportunity to join a brilliant well-known financial services business and lead creative end-to-end delivery and execution of marketing campaigns. You’d lead a large team and be responsible for direct and partner marketing activity.

If you have a depth of D2C experience and the ability to shape and drive a new function then I’d be interested in talking to you.

Responsibilities

• Orchestration and delivery of all direct acquisition campaigns
• Build the depth and breadth of the performance marketing capability in the team
• Work closely with the brand team and integrate brand into the marketing function
• Effective planning and thought leadership where needed
• Directly lead a large, varied marketing team
• Be accountable for a £15m+ marketing budget

Desirable Experience

• In depth understanding of how to execute successful digital marketing campaigns
• Extensive deep experience in D2C marketing is essential
• Experience managing large marketing budgets and leading teams of 10+
• Experience building functions in transformational roles
• An understanding of agency management
• Experience driving change in regulated environments at Senior Executive level
• Good understanding of financial services and insurance market would be preferable
